Perfect Attendance provides foreclosure sale attendance and other courthouse services to foreclosure law firms in Florida. Our team has more than 80 years of combined experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing technology and real estate law. We are experts in mitigating and eliminating risk for our clients.

Our Story
Perfect Attendance has been in business since the end of 2009 and has attended more than 170,000 sales statewide. We maintain a network of sale attendees Nationwide and have a team of professionals handling our clients’ online sales. Our entire team is dedicated to the success of our clients’ businesses.

President
Michele Wolfe
Michele Wolfe currently serves as President and Shareholder of Perfect Attendance LLC since January of 2010.
Perfect Attendance LLC was acquired by Firm Solutions Holdings, where she was also a Shareholder of in 2008 through February of 2016. At Firm Solutions, LLC she held positions as Chief Operations Officer and Risk Management Officer for the company. Firm Solutions and Perfect Attendance LLC ownership split in February of 2016 and Michele now maintains her positions of President and Shareholder of Perfect Attendance, LLC.

Michele has 26 years of experience in the real estate default industry. Her background comes complete with management experience in default law, default servicing (prime and sub-prime), master servicing, project management and the development of default technologies. She has also held Executive Management positions at Bank of America, Impac Mortgage Holdings, Option One Mortgage and First American Default Technologies.

Michele’s focus has always been on risk mitigation and developing processes, and/or technology efficiencies using PMP and Six Sigma methodologies to ensured measured success. Michele enjoys a balanced life with work, family and athletic challenges.

Tom Archambault
Tom Archambault brings a talent for smart technology thinking that drives profitability for our clients. As a visionary and a change agent who firmly believes that “nothing is beyond reach,” Tom exemplifies the big picture thinker, always having the foresight to see the long-term implications of a plan. His natural problem solving ability has proven invaluable as he expertly manages emerging technologies, analyzing a great deal of information quickly, and assessing complex, sensitive technology situations.
